The transition from ICT to digital requires the training of executives and technicians responsible for leading the sector. Despite the existence in universities and institutes of initial and continuing training offers dedicated to technicians, managers and researchers in computer science, Burkina's needs are far from being met in terms of skills. The question then arises of the relevance of teaching methods capable of motivating a greater number of candidates seeking training in ICT.
In addition, although there are more and more researchers in computer science, there is very little framework for reflection and discussion on the computer problems facing Burkinabè companies in particular and Burkinabè society in general.
